Responsibilities
- Develop PQ protocols using templates available in Kneat.
- Update Templates as needed for process improvements related to reduced MPQ processes.
- Submit protocols for approval
- Execute all test functions as defined in the protocol
- Collect, review, and analyze test data
- Document and resolve any deviations encountered
- Compile all required protocol attachments
- Develop and submit final reports for approval
- Create, manage and obtain approval of Change Package for the 2026 Autoclave Requalification's.
- Each PQ protocol shall include but not limited to:
- Biological Indicator Preparation
- Empty Chamber Temperature Distribution
- Requalification Review (Maintenance, Change Control, Logbook Review, Software version review)
- Process Instrument Identification and Calibration Review
- Autoclave Cycle Deviation Trending (using MES data)
- Biological Indicator Incubation Verification
BS/MS in Biotechnology/Industrial Biotechnology/Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with 10+ yrs of equipment validation experience in Pharma/Med Tech environments

The expected salary range for this position is between $60,000 to $1,15,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
