Job Overview
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions via mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions as needed, build strong client relationships, and connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals.
Responsibilities- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions using self‑service resources.
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations.
- Assist in managing financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
- Drive the client experience and cash responsibilities.
- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.

- Experience in financial services with knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- At least one year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business administration, finance).

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Shift and Working Hours1st shift (United States of America); 40 hours per week.
Pay and BenefitsHourly pay range: $25.00 – $26.77, based on experience, education, and skill set. This role offers a base salary with no incentive compensation.
