Spavia [Location] is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Estheticians!

• Avg pay per 50-min facial: $52-$56 (includes gratuity)
• Advanced services:
  Up to $66 for 60-70 min treatments
• Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
• W-2 position – We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on treatments
• Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

• Signature Facial – 50 min – $52–$56
• Advanced Facials/Exfoliation – 40-60 min – $57–$61
• Upgraded Treatments – 70 min – $62–$66

• Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments
• Average specialist gratuity: ~$20 included
• Experienced estheticians at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K-$75K+ annually
• Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

• Full-time or part-time
• Weekend/evening availability preferred
• 10-minute turnover between services
• Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute facials
