Moe's Southwest Grill - Up to $20.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability;
Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in quality, service & cleanliness; take actions needed to convert dissatisfied guests into regulars;
Provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues; develop all team members by providing ongoing feedback;
Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of exterior, kitchen and dining areas; ensure compliance with standards;
Ensure proper security procedures; maintain a safe guest and working environment; complete necessary reports and manage shift operations
