Join Skills Group in a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager role supporting Skills Institute. You’ll take ownership of impactful campaigns, influence digital growth, and help connect learners with meaningful education opportunities across New Zealand. WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Plan and execute multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns
- Drive lead generation, engagement, and conversion activity
- Manage digital journeys across CRM, email marketing, social media, and websites
- Use analytics and reporting tools to track performance and provide insights
- Improve SEO, digital discoverability, and customer experience across platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Strong experience across paid digital, eDMs, CRM, and website optimisation
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build strong relationships
- A motivated, ideas‑driven person who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen
- Strong analytical capability with experience using digital reporting tools
- Someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and contributing to meaningful outcomes
