Responsibilities / Role In this implementation-focused role, you will:- Lead end-to-end Dotmatics ELN implementation, including data model and template design
- Deliver configuration training sessions to internal delivery teams and end-users
- Perform scientific business analysis, document requirements, and present workflows
- Conduct system demonstrations and deliver configuration outputs, documents, and reports
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Scientific or Healthcare field
- 3–5 years’ experience in Dotmatics configuration and implementation (preferably versions 7.1+)
- Proven experience in pharma or life sciences environments
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, and data model design
- Dotmatics configuration and project leadership
- SQL and Python programming abilities
- Process modeling with tools like Visio or Lucidchart
- Knowledge of ELN, LIMS, and R&D IT systems
- Experience with systems and instrument integration
- Background in data migration projects
- Broader familiarity with scientific applications and workflows
