Junior IT Asset Analyst

Digi Office is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Junior IT Asset Analyst to support the tracking, management, and reporting of technology assets within a large enterprise IT environment. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone early in their IT, procurement, inventory, or business operations career who wants to build a strong foundation in IT Asset Management.

You will work alongside IT Procurement, Infrastructure, and Service Management teams to ensure laptops, desktops, mobile devices, software, and other technology assets are accurately recorded and managed throughout their full lifecycle.

This is a 100% on-site role in Johns Creek, GA. Remote or hybrid candidates will not be considered. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Maintain and update hardware and software asset records including asset tags, serial numbers, equipment models, assigned users, and locations.
• Track technology equipment from receipt and deployment through return, replacement, and retirement.
• Assist with physical and system inventory reconciliation and research missing or inaccurate asset information.
• Track equipment warranties, refresh dates, and replacement needs.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding by tracking assigned and returned technology equipment.
• Assist IT Procurement with purchase, invoice, and asset documentation.
• Maintain spreadsheets and reports related to technology inventory.
• Assist with periodic IT asset audits.
• Learn and use enterprise IT management tools including Service Now.
• Identify repetitive processes that could be improved through automation or AI tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support, inventory management, procurement, operations, or asset management.
• Basic understanding of common technology equipment — laptops, desktops, monitors, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately with large amounts of data and information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with Service Now or another IT service management system.
• Familiarity with IT asset management or inventory tracking concepts.
• Experience with purchase orders, invoices, or equipment inventories.
• Basic knowledge of software licensing.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools.
