• Identify and define business problems suitable for artificial intelligence with engineers and cross-divisional partners
• Develop strategy for frameworks, technologies, and infrastructure used in proof-of-concepts and pilots
• Build proof-of-concepts and prototypes for demonstration to various business units
• Build, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to automate software delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science and 4 or more years of IT experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
• Expertise in Java/.Net/Python and related frameworks and tools
• Experience with relational databases, Oracle/UDB, Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting, MS SQL, and Windows OS
• Working knowledge of AWS/Azure
• Experience with web application frameworks and API technologies such as JQuery, AngularJS, Swagger, and Springboot
• Experience with GIT and Dev Ops pipelines, including TDD and test automation
• Familiarity with building and supporting AI/GenAI tools
• Good understanding of Agile Methodology
• Ability to work well with others in a time-sensitive team environment with minimal supervision
• Results-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail
• Experience presenting to technical audiences
• Nice to have: self-motivation, resourcefulness, empathy for customers and teammates, openness to changing opinions based on new facts, curiosity about solving passenger pain points, interest in travel
