Trademark & Contracts Attorney (High-Volume Practice)

Mobile General Counsel is seeking a detail-oriented, efficient attorney with strong experience in federal trademark law, contract drafting, and client management. This role requires someone who can manage a high-volume trademark docket, meet deadlines consistently, and deliver precise work with fast turnaround times.

• Prepare and file federal trademark applications with the USPTO
• Draft and research substantive Office Action responses
• Manage 150–550+ active trademark matters at a time
• Conduct clearance searches and provide risk analysis
• Draft and review contracts (service agreements, licensing agreements, independent contractor agreements, NDAs, and other business agreements)
• Communicate strategy, timelines, and expectations clearly to clients
• Maintain organized docketing and strict compliance with filing deadlines
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless client delivery

• Demonstrated USPTO trademark experience, including substantive Office Action responses
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• High attention to detail and strong research skills
