General Maintenance Technician – Full Time
We are hiring a General Maintenance Technician to join our team and work in our beautiful facility in Johns Creek, GA. As a full‑time team member, you will be eligible to participate in our benefits program.
Summary:
The General Maintenance Technician will perform regular maintenance and repair tasks throughout the clubhouse such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems while actively developing the skills necessary for career growth within the Club.
Standard work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and on‑call rotation as needed.
Primary Responsibilities- Support the mission and values of the Atlanta Athletic Club by performing assigned tasks as directed.
- Assist with mechanical preventive maintenance programs for HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, and other facility components.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of systems throughout the facility to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform carpentry, painting, and sheetrock repairs on existing structures, addressing wear and damage as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Work independently to complete scheduled tasks efficiently and on time.
- Perform additional duties and tasks assigned by the Facilities Director.

- Comfortable working around operating equipment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds; frequently lift, push, pull, hold, or carry objects; climb step ladders and extension ladders up to 30 feet; and walk or stand for extended periods.
- Proficient in using tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous experience in general maintenance or a related field.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one.

Atlanta Athletic Club provided pay range: $20.00/hr – $22.00/hr (base pay). Actual pay may vary based on skills and experience.
