, you will be trusted to work on planning and advising a team of impactful mechanics.

• Provide front line supervision, leadership and work direction to Electro Mechanical technicians, including time and attendance, performance management, training oversite, and development.
• Lead all aspects of all Production areas maintenance and repairs.
• Handle outside contractors/vendors services to include capital projects.
• Ensure Critical Process equipment are well maintained and supported.
• Run Maximo work order system for Electro Mechanical department.
• Ensure GMP Production Environments are maintained to regulatory standards.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience
• 1 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
• Lean Six Sigma preferred
• Experience conducting root cause analysis preferred
