As a Manager, Manufacturing/Equipment Engineering supporting Engineering Manufacturing
, you will be trusted to work on designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass production of goods at Johns Creek, GA, USA
.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Manage a small team of Equipment Engineers
• Learn and specialize in manufacturing equipment
• Specify requirements and procedures for new and existing equipment
• Purchase and own the installation and qualification of new equipment and retrofits
• Adapt manufacturing equipment in response to factory conditions
• Conduct tests through all stages of production to improve control over applicable variables and troubleshoot/solve production problems
• Develop and perform change control and qualification activities
• Provide guidance to Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Training on technical details that will best use equipment and manufacturing techniques
• Ensure that production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 years; Associate +9; M.S. +2; PhD +1)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience
• 3 Years of Demonstrated Leadership

• Bachelors in engineering field (mechanical, electrical, etc.)
• Computer programming experience
