Daniel Defense is hiring a Team Leader for the D Shift (Thu/Fri/Sat, 7pm–7:30am) in Black Creek, GA. The role leads a manufacturing team to achieve daily production goals, KPIs, and safety targets, while coaching 5–9 team members and ensuring SOP compliance.
You will drive Lean improvements, collaborate with multiple departments, and promote quality, delivery, and productivity aligned with company values.
