Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality products, is seeking an Assembly-Production to join their team. As an Assembly-Production, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:Assembly-Production
Location:Johns Creek, GA
Pay Range:$24.00/hourly
Shift:2nd shift with occasional weekday and Saturday overtime
What's the Job?- Assemble required components accurately and efficiently to meet production goals
- Operate manufacturing equipment and tools safely and correctly
- Inspect in-process devices and assemblies to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Maintain detailed documentation of production activities and quality checks
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in team projects and process enhancements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4-6 years related manufacturing or assembly experience
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments and understanding quality requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Leadership experience of 1-2 years demonstrating technical expertise and team support
