• Provide patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials, transporting patients, answering patients' call lights and requests, and reporting observations to nursing supervisors
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop patient care plans and implement interventions
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulations

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and eligible for hire
• Pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status
• Preferred prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long‑term care facility
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
