Schedule / Hours- Full-time schedule with rotating shifts
- Coverage may be required on weekends and holidays
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of one year recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical documentation skills
- Experience managing ventilators, drips, and advanced monitoring preferred
- Deliver direct patient care to critically ill adults, following evidence-based protocols
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications, blood products, and manage complex IV therapies
- Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other clinical staff to plan and coordinate care
- Respond rapidly and appropriately to life-threatening changes in patient conditions
- Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and recovery expectations
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation in the electronic health record
