Registered Nurse Case Manager - Hospice Job Location s
Griffin, ZEBULON, Barnesville, Jackson – all in Georgia.
Office Location & Coverage AreaMcDonough, GA. Care is provided to patients in Spalding, Pike, Lamar, and Butts counties.
ScheduleMonday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
OverviewAdoration Hospice seeks a passionate, dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse to join the team in McDonough, GA. The nurse will deliver expert, patient‑centred care during critical moments, working within an environment that values skills, empathy, and self‑direction.

Responsibilities- Assess and monitor the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
- Create hospice care plans aligned with patient wishes and goals.
- Direct nursing care, administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
- Manage pain and other symptoms.
- Educate and support the patient's family and caregivers.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Participate in on‑call rotation as required by the local branch.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in the state of employment.
- One year of nursing experience required; 3+ years preferred.
- Experience in hospice or an equivalent setting preferred.
- Knowledge of hospice philosophy of care.
- Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence.
- Must be a licensed driver with an insured personal vehicle in working order.
