Clean Air Lawn Care is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager (Field Lead) for our Johns Creek area team. This is a great fit for someone who knows lawn care, shows up with a strong work ethic, and enjoys leading by example.
Important note: The owner lives in Florida, so this role is the main on-site leader helping keep daily operations running smoothly. You will not be on an island, but you will be the person on the ground making sure the work is done right, the crew is supported, and customers are taken care of.

- High school or equivalent
- Driver’s License
- 2+ years of lawn care, landscaping, or related experience
- Leadership mindset: calm, organized, accountable, and team-first
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things right
- Clear communication and comfort working outdoors in varying conditions

- Lead and support the lawn care crew during daily operations
- Work safely and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Service client properties with mowing and seasonal work as needed (mulch, bed maintenance, compost top dressing, and other lawn care tasks)
- Ensure consistent quality and excellent customer service at every stop
- Train, coach, and mentor team members on service technique and equipment care
- Communicate daily with the owner remotely to review completed work, priorities, and next-day planning
- Maintain battery-powered equipment and company vehicles, including battery charging, blade sharpening, minor repairs, and end-of-day organization (tools clean, secure, and ready)
- Keep jobs running on time and set the crew up for success each day
