Overview

Position:
Quality Systems Engineer (QSE)

Location:

Johns Creek, GA (onsite)

• Lead Quality Operations personnel to ensure compliance with quality systems in production areas.
• Work with the Quality and Manufacturing teams during the product life cycle of the assigned production platform.
• Support product transfers, improvement projects, change requests, quality issue resolution, CAPAs, process control, validations, and low‑risk e‑compliance approvals.
• Directly supervise team members, ensuring efficient task completion and adherence to processes.
• Monitor product quality at manufacturing and distribution stages; resolve nonconformances, maintain documentation and records, and review batch production records.
• Conduct audits, manage inspection and test results, verify rejected products, make release decisions, and manage supplier relationships.
• Support QA operations and ensure compliance with cGxP, ISO standards, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain rigorous quality control, foster continuous improvement, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure associates follow GxP regulations, SOPs, maintain accurate documentation, and complete required training.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (high school +8 years or associate +4 years).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in quality systems, regulatory compliance (cGxP, ISO), and manufacturing operations.
• Leadership skills and the ability to supervise teams.
