Moe's Southwest Grill - - Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability.;
Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in Quality, Service & Cleanliness; take actions to convert dissatisfied guests into regular guests.;
Provide direction to team members regarding operational issues and staffing; develop and evaluate performance goals.;

Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and Steritech/Moe's standards; manage food flow and waste reduction.
