Position:
Retail Store Manager (Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona)

Location:

25410 S Arizona Ave, Chandler, AZ 85248 | Phone:  | Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

Key responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of the sales floor and drive business achievement of sales goals.
• Build, lead, and retain a high‑performing team of Retail Sales Associates.
• Execute retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for profit, revenue, and production.
• Conduct new goods inventory; reconcile and balance daily paperwork.
• Maintain store cleanliness, standards, and brand representation.
• Ensure compliance with Security, Health, and Safety policies.
• Perform performance management: coaching, discipline, performance improvement, and annual reviews.
• Provide mentoring, training, and coaching to develop team members.
• Drive company culture change efforts and model Goodwill core values.
• Assist with bank deposits, cross-store duties, and training as needed.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• One year of retail management experience preferred; one year of customer service experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (where applicable).
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
