Job Description Summary

The Associate Sales Representative is a customer facing role responsible for winning business. The ideal candidate operates with some autonomy, follows standard sales practices and procedures, and is subject to regular review of sales results. The role may involve medium‑sized sales territories in Atlanta, GA. The candidate must reside in Atlanta, GA.

• Responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within Atlanta, GA metro.
• Develop in‑depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. Use prior experience and commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy.
• Understand key business drivers and how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
• Make decisions within a defined framework with some autonomy for final decisions on projects, product lines, markets, sales processes or customers.
• Use experience and on‑the‑job training to solve straightforward tasks.
• Possess technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems using multiple internal sources.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills; communicate heavily with colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
• Provide informal guidance to new team members.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in medical device, capital equipment or healthcare industry preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
