Sales Analyst, CRM System
Key Responsibilities
- Own annual planning for pipeline modeling and booked ACV targets, including ongoing performance analysis across pipeline ACV, booked ACV, and revenue.
- Monitor adherence to pipeline and forecast standards, identifying risks, gaps, and performance trends.
- Monitor and report on core performance KPIs such as sales cycle, average selling price, and win rates.
- Analyze pipeline health including coverage, velocity, aging, conversion, and slippage.
- Support weekly pipeline and operating reviews, providing data and performance insight.
- Partner with GMs on rep and team performance, identifying execution gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Provide insight into how pipeline and booking quality impact downstream revenue realization.
- Collaborate with finance and marketing operations to align pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
- Provide performance analysis and business insight to support segmentation and planning decisions.
- Partner with revenue technology and sales operations to support reporting and analytics requirements related to CRM enhancements.
- Continuously improve reporting, dashboards, and analysis that support GM decision‑making.
- Explore and adopt ways AI and advanced analytics can improve forecasting, performance insight, and execution rigor.
You are a business‑minded analytics partner who understands the connection between pipeline execution, ACV bookings, and realized revenue through usage. You are comfortable working directly with GMs, sales, and customer success leaders, and you use data to drive clarity and action.
Experience & Qualifications- 7+ years in revenue performance, sales analytics, or revenue operations.
- Strong understanding of ACV‑based sales models and usage‑based revenue.
- Ability to translate data into clear, practical insights.
- Comfort operating in a GM‑led sales and customer success environment.
- Hands‑on experience using AI to improve performance analytics, reporting, or forecasting workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of revenue tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Zoom Info).
- Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI) at an intermediate or better level.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS tools.
- Experience supporting pipeline reviews and performance discussions.
Approximately $60,000‑80,000 base annually.
