Canfor is seeking experienced Millwrights to join their team at the Moultrie Plant in Georgia. These professionals will play a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial production machinery in a modern sawmill environment. • Experience maintaining mill machinery including pumps, conveyors, compressors, mechanical systems, rollers & chains, bearings, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
• Ability to perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
• Attention to detail and ability to request relevant parts for repairs
• Commitment to safety in the workplace
• May require passing behavioral assessments, references, criminal record checks, and drug testing

• Superior troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a manufacturing and/or industrial environment
• Knowledge of the lumber manufacturing process
  
  Basic electrical knowledge
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Ability to collaborate with maintenance, operations, and production staff
• A high degree of urgency
