Maintenance Technician
- Industrial Manufacturing Equipment

Join a growing manufacturing operation supporting heavy production equipment and material-handling systems. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong mechanical aptitude and experience supporting manufacturing, fabrication, or heavy industrial operations.

- Friday

2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM

What You'll Do
  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control system issues.
  • Maintain overhead cranes, hoists, and material-handling equipment.
  • Service CNC machinery, automated production equipment, and supporting systems.
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair forklifts and powered industrial vehicles.
  • Perform maintenance on diesel-powered equipment and engines.
  • Diagnose breakdowns and determine root causes of equipment failures.
  • Replace bearings, belts, chains, hoses, motors, sensors, switches, seals, and related components.
  • Test equipment following repairs to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Complete work orders, maintenance logs, and preventive maintenance documentation.
  • Maintain machine guards, safety systems, emergency stops, and interlocks.
  • Respond quickly to production downtime and equipment emergencies.
  • Work closely with production personnel, supervisors, vendors, and technical support teams.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in industrial maintenance, equipment repair, diesel repair, automotive maintenance, or mechanical maintenance.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to read maintenance manuals, diagrams, and equipment documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and within a maintenance team environment.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, shutdowns, and emergency call-ins as needed.

Work Environment

This position requires standing, walking, climbing, bending, lifting, kneeling, and working around heavy industrial equipment. The environment may include heat, dust, noise, oil, grease, sparks, and moving machinery. Candidates must be able to wear required PPE and safely perform all essential job functions.
