Job Description

Position: PRODUCTION AUTOMATION SYSTEM OPERATION ENGINEER

Location: COVINGTON, GA

• Manage Production Automation System (BRS) Development
• Oversee Automated production status operation monitoring and first‑line response
• Establish system maintenance development (Bug Fix & complementary logic development)
• Manage user‑targeted statistics & AI‑based quality analysis system and software utilization
• Manage production tracking and master data
• Manage real‑time dispatching on‑site monitoring

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing process
• Must be familiar with Unix, Java, NET Framework, MSSQL, Oracle SQL
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be a safety and quality conscious person

• Ability to work in fast‑paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams related to projects and/or joint tasks
• Skilled as a trainer/mentor/coach with focus on individual and team growth
• Advanced ability to innovate workflows or procedures
• Advanced troubleshooting skills with proven experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

• 1+ year of experience in related field
• Experience with High Tech (semiconductor, display) production automation system preferred
