Java Developer

US Citizenship Is Required Per Government Client.

All candidates must be able to undergo a Federal background investigation.

Responsible for programming Java-based internet applications.

• Involved in the entire development life cycle, including concept, design, and quality assurance testing.
• Transforms user/business requirements into technological solutions; completes programming, test conversion, troubleshooting, debugging, and requirements analysis utilizing Java.
• Develops and deploys application code, monitors functionality, and acts on production and non-production issues.
• Utilizes tools and concepts included, but limited to J2EE, JSP, EJB, SQL, ORM, XML, and Object-Oriented Design.
• Coordinates with web developers and other IT professionals on integrating Java into web applications for business purposes.
• Assists with web architectural development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Must have worked in a Java/Web developer position for at least four years.

• Core Java
• Struts 2 MVC and/or Angular Framework
• JSP
• Spring
• SOAP and REST web Services
• Hibernate
• Java Persistence API (JPA)
• Basic to Intermediate SQL skills – SQL Server preferred.
• HTML/CSS ( For front end design)

• Knowledge working with any Email server (Receiving and sending emails using any mail server).
• 508 Compliance.
• Spring Security.
• Basic experience with LDAP.
• Basic experience with AD.
• Angular Framework
