Position Overview
Central Transport is seeking Local Pick Up and Delivery Drivers at our West Atlanta, GA location. Drivers will operate modern LTL equipment, deliver freight on time, and unload trailers at the end of routes.
Responsibilities- Conduct local pick-up and delivery of freight.
- Ensure on-time, damage-free delivery to customers.
- Unload trailers upon completion of each route.
- Maintain accurate delivery and safety records.
- Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
- Haz Mat and Tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
- Acceptable motor vehicle record: no DUI in the last 5 years (no more than one in lifetime).
- Pass DOT drug screen and hair follicle test.
