Pay starts at $0.65 per mile, with a top rate of $0.70 per mile as you gain experience. Benefits include a $2,500 sign-on bonus, a $100 DOT inspection bonus, quarterly safety bonuses, a $250 driver referral bonus, and a $500–$1,000 annual bonus. Company-paid insurance begins after 6 months, with fast direct deposit.
