Alcon is seeking a Supervisor I for the Warehouse & Distribution Management team at our Johns Creek, GA Distribution Center. This on-site role runs 3:00pm–11:30pm EST, overseeing a team to ensure efficient task completion, optimal storage, and safety alignment with SOPs and GxP regulations.
You will lead daily decisions, manage task assignments, monitor inventory, train staff, and drive continuous improvement across distribution processes to meet customer expectations and quality standards.
