Project Manager - Commercial Construction | Warehouse Solutions

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 per year (Based on Experience)

Konrad Construction Company has been delivering warehouse and commercial construction solutions across the country for more than 25 years. We specialize in racking systems, mezzanines, modular structures, warehouse renovations, and general contracting.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from estimating and pre-construction through closeout. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy working with both the office and field teams to deliver successful projects, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple commercial construction projects while ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet Konrad's high standards for quality and safety.

• Manage commercial construction projects from estimating, pre-construction through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Review construction drawings and specifications to fully understand project scope before work begins.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Partner with Project Superintendents and Field Leads to ensure successful project execution.
• Track project progress, costs, documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Identify project risks early and develop solutions to minimize delays and cost impacts.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, contract requirements, and quality expectations.
• Maintain organized project documentation to support timely billing and successful project completion.

• 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and the construction process.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.).
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore.

• Experience with RFIs, submittals, and change order management.
• Field construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, or a related field.
