Your Missions· You define the manipulation plans and conduct laboratory tests during the feasibility, development, and qualification phases of RFID projects.
· You manage R&D projects including the budgetary, resources, and planning aspects.
· You facilitate exchanges with teams and communicate regularly with external suppliers and partners.
· You participate in the design of new RFID products and intervene in R&D research programs requiring RF expertise.
· You propose original ideas, contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions, and participate in the drafting of patents.
· You provide technical support for internally developed products for production and externally for clients.
· You participate in technological and regulatory monitoring in the RFID field.

Profile- Engineer in Electronics / Radio Frequencies / Telecommunications
- English CECRL B2 or TOEIC 785 (Reunion and telephone conversation)
- Clear and concise communication
- Rigorous and autonomous
- Dynamic, you know how to show your involvement
- You are proactive and have a team spirit
· You have prior experience working in a project team environment that includes people from several departments.
· Experience in active or passive RFID technologies, preferably ISO
14443.
· Proficiency in office software and CAD tools, knowledge of Autocad and Microsoft Project is a plus.
· Familiarity with statistical tools, design of experiments, and software programming would be appreciated.
