Key Responsibilities
You lead projects introducing new products within a team of 7.
You ensure the development from pre-study to industrialization of reliable products.
You are responsible for their follow-up on internal or outsourced production lines.
You bring your expertise in materials in the technical design of micro-assembly systems and participate in defining new technologies.
You animate and formalize exchanges with teams and communicate regularly with suppliers and external partners in compliance with confidentiality rules.
You conduct industrial surveillance and maintain a synthesis of the state of the art and opportunities in your field.
You propose your ideas and contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions.
You provide support to operational teams on processes and raw materials, maintaining an interface with cross-functional services to resolve their issues.
You participate in intelligence gathering and the writing of technical documentation.
Required Profile
Junior or first-experience project manager engineer.
Skills in the field of polymer materials.
Knowledge of micro module assembly, electronic documents, or biometric identification is appreciated.
Proficiency in office software including Project.
Knowledge of CAD:
Autocad.
Optimized statistical tools and experience plans (Statgraphics or other).
English CECRL B2 or TOEIC 785 (Reunion and telephone conversation, document writing).
Education
Materials engineer, physics, industrial process engineering, mechanics.
