Joining our support engineering, prototype, and quality team, you will work with a cross-functional team that provides and develops test solutions/hardware/soft/packaging for our internal and/or external clients in the Connected Security division.
Your objectives:
- Ensure service continuity in an autonomous and efficient manner within the defined perimeter.
- Propose and implement improvements to increase the performance of our activity.
- Be close to the field to offer reactivity and bring your versatility.
Your missions:
- Ensure the quality and delivery deadlines of our samples in relation to our clients.
- Propose action plans to address complex technical issues.
- Intervene in mechanics and hardware through your "field experience."
- Propose/develop software to facilitate/streamline the activity.
- Analyze equipment or process failures, elaborate and coordinate improvement actions to be implemented.
- Coordinate all or part of technical projects with other services of the division or site.
- Use and enrich the team's methodologies and procedures.
- Ensure training and information sharing with the team and management.
- Synthesize and share technical elements.
The position is available for night shifts (½ Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Tuesday or Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/½ Saturday).
Profile (candidate's skills):
- Degree in Industrial Informatics or similar
- Knowledge and/or experience in automation/industrial engineering, programming language, electronics, and mechanics are necessary.
- The position requires autonomy and agility, good relationship skills, and rigor.
