In a context of strong evolution of our industrial site, you will join a dynamic team (alternating 2x8 team) within the Support Automation & Transport Automatisé service.

You work in alternating team hours, one week on two:

• Morning: 6h–14h
• Afternoon: 13h–21h30

Job title and classification: D7 - Technician Maintenance Qualified

Your main mission: to contribute to the proper functioning of automation systems and automated transport (AMHS), in order to guarantee the continuity and performance of production.

• Analyze technical situations from files logs to identify the origin of incidents.
• Propose and implement the necessary correction actions.
• Write precise and structured reports for IT development teams, to enable the definitive correction of malfunctions.

• Ensure the securing of equipment stops to allow interventions at height by other teams, in strict compliance with safety rules.
• Perform preventive and curative maintenance operations on transport system equipment for batches and reticules, following check-lists and technical documentation.
• Maintain an optimal performance level of the transport system to support production.

• Be a force of proposal to evolve check-lists, maintenance methods, and service practices.
• Work in close collaboration with process teams, workshop maintenance, production, as well as with suppliers and management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability enhancement of installations (experience feedback, optimization proposals, update of standards).

Technical training BAC 2 / BAC 3 (industrial IT, industrial maintenance, electronics, electrotechnics, mechatronics or equivalent), ideally with experience in maintenance support, in an automated environment or on automated transport systems (AMHS), or with significant first experience in a similar position.

Comfortable with IT tools and automated systems, you know how to exploit log files to analyze a situation, understand the origin of a malfunction, and contribute to its resolution. You master GMAO tools (such as TPM Center) for intervention follow-up, traceability, and reporting. A technical English level allowing you to understand documentation, procedures, and manufacturer notices is an appreciated asset.

Rigorous and organized, you place particular importance on the traceability of your actions: complete reports, database updates, follow-up of corrective and preventive actions. You are able to synthesize your interventions and clearly present the actions carried out to your interlocutors (team, hierarchy, IT support, suppliers…).

With a strong curiosity and a real appetite for technical and automated systems, you adopt a methodological approach in the search for breakdowns and the realization of interventions: structured diagnosis, analysis of causes, systematic verification, and validation of solutions.
