Your Role

Within the quality governance team at STMicroelectronics, you will work with the EMS (Enterprise Management System) team, the QMS (Quality Management System) team, and the user communities to strengthen user adherence to the EMS, encourage their involvement in continuous improvement projects, and promote the daily use of the EMS.

Your main missions are:

  • Change management and user adoption
  • Support the definition and execution of the change management plan for the EMS/QMS:
    Stakeholder analysis
  • Evaluate the impacts on different user groups
  • Identify adoption levers and potential resistances
  • Contribute to the design and animation of actions to strengthen user engagement, such as: EMS user communities/groups
  • Feedback loops (surveys, interviews, workshops)
  • Recognition of "EMS Champions" or power users
  • Follow and consolidate user feedback:
    Collect pain points, improvement ideas, and positive feedback
  • Prepare summaries and recommendations for the core EMS/QMS team
  • Support the preparation and updates of:
    User guides, FAQs, cheat sheets
  • Training materials and short "how-to" content
  • Communication and promotion of the EMS/QMS

    • Contribute to the communication strategy around the EMS/QMS with different user communities
    • Design and create communication materials, for example:
      Short videos: feature demonstrations, tutorials, testimonials, "tips & tricks"
    • Visual campaigns: posters, infographics, banners, screen savers
    • Newsletter columns, etc.
    • Animate the EMS/QMS communication on internal social networks (e.g., Viva Engage):
      Regular posts (new features, upcoming webinars, user feedback, user tips)
    • Surveys and Q&A sessions to increase interaction
    • Monitor engagement and propose improvements
    • Organize and coordinate mini-events to promote the EMS/QMS:
      Webinars and live demonstrations
    • EMS/QMS presentation sessions during existing internal events, etc.
    • Prepare and support webinars and online meetings:
      Collect and synthesize questions and feedback from participants, etc.
    Your Skills and Experience

    Profile

    Master's level student or engineering school student, specialized in change management, project management, management, communication/digital communication, organizational transformation/continuous improvement… or equivalent.

    You are looking for a 2-year internship starting from September 2026.

    Key skills and competencies

    Basics in project management: planning, tracking, reporting, coordination with multiple stakeholders

    Change management mindset: user-centered approach, ability to understand resistances and adoption factors

    Communication skills:
    Very good written and oral communication in English

    Ability to adapt messages to different audiences

    Ability to make complex topics simple and engaging

    Digital communication tools:

    Office 365 suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)

    Internal social platforms (e.g., Viva Engage, etc.)

    Skills or strong interest in content creation:
    Basic creation/editing of short videos, visual content

    Behavioral skills

    Proactive, curious, and eager to learn

    Sense of organization and autonomy

    Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with multicultural/cross-functional teams

    Creativity to imagine new ways to promote EMS adoption

    Analytical mind to interpret user feedback and propose improvements
