Ensure that maintenance schedules or instructions are followed as outline;
Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways such as cutting/trimming lawns, sweeping, shoveling, plowing, etc;
Perform routine maintenance on buildings and equipment in areas of plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical;
Replace light bulbs including exit lights, overhead lights, fluorescent lights, room call lights, etc;
Service heating and cooling units/systems.
