Workshop Position
The position is available in the WET workshop. The WET is a chemical (particulate or metallic) cleaning workshop of silicon wafers. It also removes layers (example: native oxide and nitride) that are no longer useful in the subsequent manufacturing process.
In your role in the WET workshop, you will:
- Ensure the realization of complex process actions to guarantee equipment availability, quality, and continuity of production/engineering batches within the defined perimeter:
- Support the production line in the context of process activities
- Contribute to the realization of qualification plan / process manipulations
- Report problems encountered (analysis, description, and synthesis) and propose the implementation of improvements to increase performance
- Train, support, and develop qualified operators on process tasks
- Work in collaboration with production operators and Process Support/Maintenance Service (engineers, technicians) of the workshop
The position is available in a day team. You will work in alternating team schedules, one week on two:
• Morning: 6h–14h
• Afternoon: 13h–21h30

About You
- With a Bac 2 / Bac 3 degree (ideally in physical chemistry, physical measurements, chemistry or equivalent), you have solid physico-chemical skills that allow you to understand, follow, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Rigorous and with a strong quality mindset, you apply procedures with precision and ensure compliance with standards (safety, quality, productivity). You have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team, in liaison with production, quality, maintenance, and R&D / industrialization teams.
- Comfortable with office tools (spreadsheets, word processors, presentations) and statistical process control tools (SPC, trend analysis, performance indicators), you know how to exploit data to monitor performance, detect deviations, and propose corrective actions.
- Curious and with a strong proposal force, you actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes: analysis of malfunctions, proposal of optimizations, contribution to the stabilization and robustness of processes.
