Shift & Hours:
- 12-Hour Nights
- 36 hours/week
- MT4 unit
- Critical Care / ICU
- ICU / Critical Care level experience required
- Experience with ventilators
- Experience with vasoactive & sedative drips (gtts)
- ICU Skills Checklist required
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (Apex Innovations) required
- RS Cover Page
- Completed Skills Checklist
- Copies of valid licenses & certifications
