Adult Day Care LPN
Part-time LPN Golden Days Adult Day Healthcare Program Mondays and Tuesdays 8:30am - 4:30pm (closed on State holidays) Rate: $29.00 General Duties:
- Supervises nurse aides in providing care, meals, and activities for registrants.
- Provides nursing care and documents in accordance with policies and procedures, and ensures the safety and well-being of the registrants.
- Updates responsible party of change in registrant's condition and documents accordingly.
- Assists with coordinate transportation for registrants.
Requirements:
- Current NYS LPN license
Education:
High School or better.

LPN
