Field Nurse At Home Care
The Field Nurse at Home Care is responsible for providing skilled nursing services and patient education in the home care setting. The Field Nurse will conduct the initial assessment visit in the patient's home to determine whether the patient is appropriate for admission to the Agency, and they will develop and implement the plan of care in accordance with physician orders.

Compensation Range: $33.57 - $51.39 per hour, depending on experience
Education/Experience
Minimum
Required:
- Graduate of an approved RN program OR a non-approved program supplemented by content equal to an approved program.
- Two years' experience as a Registered Professional Nurse required OR equivalent of education and experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Med/Surg/Certified home care experience.
License/Certification
Minimum
Required:
- License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
- CPR Certification required upon hire.
