• Plan and perform audit engagements in accordance with professional standards
• Identify inefficiencies in accounting and operational processes and recommend practical improvements
• Prepare and review complex work papers, financial statements, and disclosures
• Apply professional judgment to analyze findings and draw conclusions
• Serve as a primary contact for clients, maintaining consistent communication throughout engagements
• Manage engagement timelines, prioritize responsibilities, and adhere to budgets
• Review and mentor Associates and provide guidance on technical and procedural matters
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on delivering exceptional service
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm’s professional reputation

• 5+ years of audit experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA license preferred or actively pursuing
• Experience with governmental, nonprofit and/or employee benefit plan audits preferred
• Strong understanding of audit standards and financial reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
