We are currently seeking a motivated Full‑Time Associate for our Client Accounting Services Department
. This role is ideal for someone with payroll and accounting experience who enjoys working with clients and contributing to a growing firm.
- Prepare and process payroll, including quarterly payroll tax returns, W‑2s, and 1099s
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with accounts payable
- Provide accounting‑related consulting services to clients
- Communicate professionally with clients, co‑workers, and management
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and all federal and state regulations
- Demonstrate knowledge of general accounting principles and basic financial statements
- Assist with various types of tax reporting (sales, payroll, business, etc.)
- Utilize accounting software and tools within Managed Accounting Services
- Maintain complete, accurate, and well‑organized work papers
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting (required)
- Bookkeeping experience (preferred)
- Experience with Quick Books (preferred)
- Quick Books Online Certification (a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
