Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our Accounting team. This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, cash management, and various accounting projects. • Post receipts and monitor outstanding receivable transactions.
• Prepare bank deposits for payments exceeding scan thresholds.
• Process ACH transactions for intercompany transfers and investor/owner payments.
• Track investor and owner capital contributions.

• Prepare, process, and manage accounting upload templates.
• Research and resolve invoice workflow issues within Yardi.
• Assist with invoice entry, payment processing, and payable batch reviews.
• Reconcile credit card statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor invoice approval workflows to ensure timely processing.

• Prepare intercompany job billings.
• Complete intercompany balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with special accounting projects and other duties as assigned.

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
