Senior Assurance

• Conduct all phases of attest engagements, including planning, risk assessment, research, reporting of findings, and other required procedures
• Prepare work papers documenting engagement scope and findings in accordance with AICPA standards
• Complete assignments, tasks, and project components accurately, timely, and within budget
• Perform technical research and develop and present conclusions to supervisors
• Review work papers prepared by associates and interns
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching
• Draft financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with GAAP
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on engagements
• Provide timely engagement status updates to the manager and partner
• Manage day-to-day client relations and develop effective client relationships

• Undergraduate degree required
• 3+ years of audit experience required
• Advanced knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, financial statement disclosures, and generally accepted auditing standards required
• Experience working with clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, construction, hospitality, professional services, NFP, real estate, and employee benefit plans
• CPA successfully achieved or in progress
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Client service oriented
• Must be currently eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility and identification
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and auditing standards, with a strong ability to conduct attest engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff. Proven project management and organizational skills are essential for delivering accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
