• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Prior experience assisting on commercial construction sites
• Exposure to scheduling software or construction management platforms

• Assist with on‑site supervision and coordination of all field activities for commercial construction projects
• Help plan project schedules and oversee daily operations to achieve timely and on‑budget project delivery
• Support the development and enforcement of site logistics, safety programs, and quality standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries
• Participate in preconstruction meetings, coordination meetings, and daily huddles
• Assist with daily reports, schedules, quantity tracking, and site documentation
• Ensure project sites comply with safety requirements and company policies
• Support inspection coordination, punch list management, and project closeout activities
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Learn to mentor field staff and contribute to team development
