Join SERVPRO® Team Cuthbertson as a Construction Superintendent where you’ll be at the heart of our construction operations ensuring smooth processes and effective project management.
In this role, you will collaborate directly with the Construction Manager on all assignments and communicate daily with the broader construction and mitigation teams to ensure seamless construction project execution, achieve financial objectives, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct pre‑construction meeting with customers.
- Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers.
- Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
- Read and interpret construction documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work.
- Document project activities in the job file.
- Maintain quality standards through site inspections.
- Validate schedule and progress.
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of all phases of residential and commercial building construction.
- Knowledge of municipal permitting, regulations, and building codes.
- Extensive project management and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of current business software technologies.
- This position regularly works outside the office travelling to customer and client job sites, and is regularly exposed to a variety of worksite and outdoor conditions.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and clean driving record; subject to applicable law.
