This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative located in Johnson City, TN. The BDC Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and following up with customer inquiries. Additional tasks include fostering customer relationships, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining consistent communication to improve customer satisfaction and meet sales goals.
This role requires professionalism and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and strong ability to deliver Customer Satisfaction
- Customer Service and excellent Communication skills
- Experience or aptitude in Sales
- Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or sales is advantageous
