Baristas play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing efficient service, expertly crafted specialty beverages, and a welcoming café environment. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

• Manage customer flow by providing quick, efficient, and accurate transactions in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Prepare specialty drinks with speed and accuracy, ensuring recipe adherence and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with Team Members and leaders across departments to deliver consistent, knowledgeable customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive front-end and café station, including surrounding merchandising and service areas.

• Previous customer service and specialty drink preparation experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
• Exposure to extreme cold environments at times.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and squat.
• Ability to push, pull, and maneuver heavy loads.
