Support Staff: One MD, one APP, possible Fellow
EMR: Epic
Arterial lines
Central lines
Chest tubes
Thoracentesis
Paracentesis
Lumbar punctures
Vent management
Board Certification: Critical Care (Pulm/CC acceptable)
Licensure: Active TN license & DEA
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Other: Vaccinations (MMR, flu, TB)
Credentialing: days; temp privileges possible with clean file
Travel: Airfare, hotel, rental car, mileage covered
